Assign all staff to a client
When we add a new client, allow me to easily assign all staff members instead of having to assign them one by one.

Create a permission option with each staff member that allows TheraNest to automatically assign that staff member to all clients when staff is added to Theranest. This way, we don't have to go in and manually add a new clinician to every single client.
