Report on client portal users
Allow me to run a report that will show all the clients and contacts that have access to the client portal, any pending invitations, and the number of incomplete forms.

We're just switching over to Theranest and it would be great if there was a report that could pull all the client data PLUS if they're signed up to the Portal AND if they've completed all of their forms AND if they've saved a credit card so I don't have to print a list and cross check against the info in the Organization tab manually since that data can't be exported.
