Don't ask for progress note template if default has been selected
If a default progress note template has been selected for me, then don't show the dialog box asking me to pick a template. I only need to use my default template for every progress note.

If there's a default note type selected then don't show the pop-up asking me to select a note type because I use the same note type every time for every client.

Having the NOTE TYPE pop up come up every time I write a note is annoying ! I have to chose Standard Note every time I write a note even though it is listed as my preference in my profile. I want to go write to the notes page and start typing. This pop up is wasting time!
