Disable gender identify fields
Allow me to disable the Gender Identity, Pronouns, and Sexual Orientation fields in TheraNest.

We are receiving MULTIPLE complaints about the number of genders that are coming up for options in the system. We have individuals who have informed us that they will go elsewhere due to this feature. How do I turn this off? Our practice does not feel that there are 20 plus genders and find this inappropriate to include on an intake document. Practices who do not want this should be able to shut it off
