Add proof of identification to client details

Allow me to indicate in the client's details that they provided proof of identification.

    I would like to have a field in the Client Details tab that allows me to check that the client provided proof of identification, the date this was completed and then a box to indicate what form of identification was provided. Eg. Checkbox this was completed, Driver License was shown on video, and the date this was done.
