Add duration to contact log
When creating a contact log entry for a client, allow me to indicate the duration so that if it was a phone call I can track how long the call was.

We would like to track number of minutes spent in out-of-session contacts like crisis calls, consultations to patients and family, etc. Please add a dynamic tab for duration in minutes to the contact log. If there were a corresponding report for session and contact duration that would be awesome too! Thanks!
