For our clients, they each have a authorization period issued by the state we need to be able to reference these dates to ensure that we don't serve clients past their authorization date.

Would also like the system to remind the user when authorization is scheduled to end within the 30 day period and a alert to be sent to designated users.

having a location on treatment plan to show date range. initial date of treatment is shown, but a spot which would indicate the range of dates covered by this specific plan. according to medicaid this is a requirement.

Add a fill in box for the Discharge plan on the treatment plan.

How about adding a discharge note in addition to the progress note?

I agree. In Virginia Discharge Summary and Quarterly Review of the Treatment Plan is required. At the moment this software doesn't offer the treatment plan review.

Discharge summary is a necessity and requirement for Medicaid/managed health care.
Also, Is it necessary to have previous goals on progress notes, I think we only need current goals? At least make it possible to choose to have them appear or not.
