Can you add a feature for different write off categories; like insurance discount vs timely filing vs patient amounts not paid, etc

I need to be able to create different write off codes such as non-participating, etc. for bookkeeping purposes to show unbillable services

There are write offs that are tax deductible for therapists and some of them are not. For example, I bill my private practice rate to insurance, to avoid not being paid less than the maximum current rate . There are losses that can be write off and count as business losses for tax purposes. It would be nice to be able to categorize those two types of write offs. Someone else also mentioned other categories. please add options for write offs categories.

Allow additional write-off categories. We would like to be able to add additional funders, e.g. United Way, Jewish Federation, so that we can build a report that indicates how we are using these additional funds to supplement sliding fee scale revenue.

Yes this please thank you! Would be even better if we could run this report monthly. We're a non-profit clinic and we have to show these sorts of things in a very granular way for our monthly reporting to our board and in our annual audit.

I need to label a write off as:

Collections
Bad Debt
Hardship Waiver

Then I need to be able to run a report at the end of the year to show our CPA how much was written off to each one of those areas.
