Add ability to reactivate inactive insurance
Currently, once insurance is marked as inactive it cannot be made active again (without creating new and re-entering). Please make it so you can change the status back to active again.

be able to re-activate a previously inactive policy. This will help when a policy was termed in error. OR the client says they are getting Cobra, which would be the same exact policy. This keeps happening to me. Or the client keeps switching back and forth between policies.

It would be so much better then entering all the information again. Plus clients can lose and then regain their Medicaid often.

Yes! Sometimes something changes w/ insurance or the client has incorrect information but the insurance has already been archived so you have to enter everything back in again.
