    In order to follow the LPC board rules, we need to have the supervisor's name to display on a superbill next to an intern's name.

    be able to re-activate a previously inactive policy. This will help when a policy was termed in error. OR the client says they are getting Cobra, which would be the same exact policy. This keeps happening to me. Or the client keeps switching back and forth between policies.
