Measure treatment success rate and track outcomes in a report
I'd like to have a treatment summary after treatment ends. I need a way to see the success or failure of client treatment, including outcomes based on specific diagnoses and treatment protocols (i.e. service types/CPT codes).

For the purposes of audits, specifically for substance abuse programs, they need to review specific cases within the program. In the absence of a report pulled based on diagnosis, I have no idea how I will do this!

Please allow status of treatment plan goals and objectives to be updated as they are completed.

There are a variety of psychometric tests that are used to track client progress (e.g. OQ-45, PCOMS). They are small surveys that clients fill-out at the beginning of each session. It would be great to have a field in the note template to be able to enter their score and then be able to chart the client's progress.
