Include signature line for custom forms
Allow clients/caregivers a way to sign custom forms. When creating a custom form there isn't a way to add a signature field.

Add a signature Element to the custom forms. I created a treatment plan but there isn't a way for the client or I to sign it. You have that in the progress notes. It should be able to be added to custom forms for the treatment plans

It would be nice to be able to create a custom form (such as a release of information) which could be edited with appropriate information and then have the client sign the form in real time providing consent. This would save on having to print consents, have the client sign the consent and then having to scan it into the record.
