and send the portal to two email addresses for joint custody parents

Under the client details, I have two email addresses listed... why not have the reminders pull from that?

For clients that have more than one family member to attend session - email everyone involved to remind of appointment.

It would be nice to have the ability to text a different number that is listed on the clients portal.

Can you please add two numbers to the reminder for text messages? I feel this would be useful for couples counseling and parents of children. A client actually requested this.

I have several clients who request that multiple numbers get text reminders. E.g.A child client who has parents who are divorced; where both parties want text reminders about their child's appointment sent to their cellphones.

Please allow multiple phone numbers for text reminders.

I have multiple clients who are children in the midst of family separation where both parents want to be alerted by text message when their children have an appointment. I would like to see it be possible to add more than one mobile phone option for outgoing appointment reminders.

This is especially useful when treating teenagers as you can send a reminder to the Pt and to the parent(s).

I agree. It would also be beneficial if a text reminder could be sent to a specific number depending on the parent working with the child (who is the identified client), such as when divorced parents are both seeking family therapy for their child and both parents are working with the same therapist/provider.

This would be helpful for families of separated or divorced parents

It would be great if I could schedule parent appointments. As it is now, because the child is the designated client, I have to schedule the appointment for the child... but the appointment reminder goes out as a reminder that the child has an appointment, even though I will be meeting with the parent.

I often need to send more than one reminder for appointments, usually because I need to alert both parents or to alert both the teen client and the responsible parent(s). Please allow appt reminders to go to more than one phone/email.
