To-do task checklist & reminder feature
I have used another practice management program that had a feature that had a "to do list" feature that reminded you of anything missing from all client files. So for example, the to do list might itemize missing progress notes, missing demographic info, etc. It looked like this:
"Do progress note for John Doe's therapy session on 10/10/17"
"Enter demographic information for Jane Doe"
"Missing insurance and billing information for Joe Blow"
"Create a treatment plan for Joe Blow"
"Create a termination note for Client X since there have not been any appointments for 60 days"
Great if we can use the task list and reminders function for client tasks and general business or admin tasks.

Improvements to come include reminder notifications, the ability to assign a task to someone else, and automatic task additions. REGARDING THE NEW TASK LIST FEATURE:
It is great that TN added a task list but it seems to function like a paper "to do" list that you can just write in a notebook, as you have to manually enter anything you want on this list.
I was really hoping for a feature that automatically populates missing notes, treatment plan updates, missing signatures, un-billed invoices, missing DA's, etc.
I hope that this rudimentary list was just the start and that they will continue to develop this feature to be primarily automatic.

Please consider adding a to do list area to the agenda page. We often have other things that are not client specific that we need to do during the day like call CAQH, call a referral, etc

I would love a place where I can add notes without having to put them in my progress notes. For instance, a to-do list as listed above (with reminders). Also, a place where I can jot down activities or themes I would like to prepare for the next session, or any other reminders that do no need to be attached to the progress notes. I want to be able to delete as needed, etc.

Related...ability to create and set custom/practice specific alerts and reminders, both within the system and by email! The built-in tracking and alerts are fine, but the functionality would be so much more practical and helpful if we could add our own internal notifications.

Long overdue. We are considering moving to a different system because multiple clinicians are unhappy about this feature not being present.

Oh my! Absolutely! We have the same issue. We currently keep a separate spreadsheet to track clients who have contacted us & we've followed up but haven't added them to the schedule. The only way is to add them as a client & archive but that's not the way to track! And to bury notes in each client file isn't effective either. PLEASE DO ADD! That would be a great feature!

A to-do task checklist would make this program *so* much more efficient! As it is, I am having to keep a separate google doc with each client and to do tasks. What a waste of time duplicating information and toggling around! Also, if would be great to be able to assign someone a task.

I would like to have the option to have a To Do list, and have the ability to assign items to other therapist and office staff. And, if possible, time stamp when the assigned person read/received the information :)

The ability to set reminders for file reviews, updating treatment plans, collecting information such as insurance information from clients if collecting at later dates, review reoccurring schedules. There's so many things that a reminder option would be helpful for in this app.
