Include pre-defined list of interventions for progress notes
I would like the interventions list that is available in the creation of the treatment plan be moved to the progress notes where I would be able to select which intervention that I used for that day. It would simplify the notes that I complete.

When can we expect improved progress notes?

Or, better yet, give us access to Wiley's catalogue of interventions implemented statements which are available in their software, books and through other EHR's.

Yes!

Yes, this would be great. Doesn't seem like it would be hard to implement, either.

so when we fill out progress notes, we can just go through and check off the general things we did, such as validate client's feelings, check for suicidality, challenge distorted thinking, psycho-education, etc. This would be in addition to the current area where we can type out what we used b/c some interventions may not be on that list.

This would really be a time-saver.

There are generally the same therapeutic techniques used with each client. It would be helpful to include an option for a pre-populated checklist as is used in the mental status.

Make it easier for the interventions listed in the treatment plan to be added to the progress note without having to type them out, either by prepopulating them or adding a drop down menu to select from.

... such as 'cognitive reframing' and 'supportive reflection' and 'psychoeductation' that we can 'check' to document our interventions per session. See www.therapymate.com - they do a great job with it!
