    i like this. I think that there should be a more comprehensive progress note form that has more drop down menus. I have not been able to find the time to create my own. Im sure someone else has one.

    i just attended a webinar presented by therasoft which again stressed the importance of documenting start and end times along with session length. It seems that their templates calculate total session length when start and end times are input. I know it sounds silly, but it seems that these are required.

    i keep hearing that specifically documenting start time and end time is required... i know it sounds silly... because obviously length of session should indicate an end time...
