Indicate signed/unsigned note in progress note list
An indicator of notes that are not signed. There would be a red bubble next to their name or a vector of a note (like lined paper). Sometimes I think I've signed all my notes and then I go back to a client I haven't seen in a few weeks and realize their notes is still waiting.

commentedIs there any way after my supervisor signs my progress notes, and then I sign my progress notes, that the note could clear and go directly to the next progress note that needs to be signed? Or even some kind of icon to indicate that I have signed the progress note.

commentedIt would be great to see a list of unsigned notes by staff. Perhaps you could put it under the staff menu. This way a staff member could go through and sign all open notes.

commentedJust talked about this in a group consultation. Multiple people would like reminders to sign notes without having to run a report. Can Theranest provide a prompt after a progress note is saved asking "Do you want to sign the note?" and prevent the user from moving away from the screen until they give a yes or no response. Can Theranest automatically follow up with the user in prescribed intervals (weekly) reminding them that they have an unsigned note?

commentedHave a running to do list for any and all unsigned notes. This would give an easier way to see all notes I have to sign or add than running a report.

commentedThis seems like a no-brainer to me - in the list of notes there should be some indicator if the note has been signed or not. Otherwise it requires us to open each individual note to check, which is inefficient and time consuming. Often note writing gets interrupted (it's great that there are drafts saved!) and it's easy to forget what's been signed.

commentedOther software I have used would automatcaly generate a "to-do" list of notes and treatment plans that were needed. Everytime I saw a client it would add a note need to y list Also everytime I would write a note or TX plan or intake note, it would automatically take it off my list

commentedThere should be a way to search for unsigned notes, so that if a therapist misses signing them, they can do a search and sign, instead of searching each client- every note

commentedHave an alert after you have created a progress note, treatment plan etc... and saved information but have not e-signed. Have an alert or symbol to remind therapist document needs to be e-signed.

commentedIn the client's file, under their progress notes tab... to be able to see what delinquent notes there are. And the ability to enter note (with the specific date and time of the session) like listed in the delinquent note report. Essentially the same list, but on the individual client's page

commentedIt would be great to glance at the chart notes and for it to be obvious which notes require signature and which have been signed by supervisor
