Alert staff via text when a client replies to text message reminder
I want to be instantly notified how my clients respond to appointment reminders. It's useful for me to know whether the appointment has been confirmed, cancelled or if my client has responded with any other reply in cases of distress.

Hello, I strongly suggest that a notification feature is created for text messages received. Otherwise, the ability to send text messages, outside of standard appointment reminders, via Theranest is not a feature I feel comfortable using as I have no way of knowing if a client has replied to me via text.

Currently, you must go into each client's Reminder Log in order to see if they sent a message. We need something that alerts us when any new text message comes through. The current setup is inconvenient and time consuming.

Yes. Sometimes we use the text feature to communicate with clients and do not know when they respond back.

Sometimes I use the text feature to text a client about rescheduling or reminding them about homework or something else, but I have no way of knowing when they respond. It would be great if the system would send a notification when a patient responds with anything other than a "1" or a "2".

I need Theranest to alert me when a client texts back from an appointment reminder. I need to know if they confirmed or cancelled the appointment, or if they sent me an actual message.

I have had clients send text messages through theranest and I haven’t been notified. The client has to call and say they have sent a message. I would like to get a notification similar to the treatment plan notification. This would help me and my clients. Thank you!

Hello, is there a way to get notified on the Dashboard when a client sends a text? A client texted in December and again in January and I did not see it until today when I went to her page just to check. I know there is an alert for email. Thanks, Sarah

At this time, one can only see that a client has confirmed if you are on a PC and you click on the dashboard and see a black checkmark next to their name and it has "upcoming" rather than "canceled". This is very inconvenient. I have 2 suggestions: make it available for users to see if clients have confirmed or not on the mobile app (for example, once they confirm, the "upcoming" becomes "confirmed"). Also, it would be very convenient if users would get notifications (text and/or email...maybe we get the option of how we want our notifications sent) when a client confirms.

It would be great to know that a client canceled when using the reminder text outside of having to log in to see if they canceled. A email or push notification on the app would be great. Thanks

When a client enters 1 or 2 to confirm/cancel appointment through text they should get a notification that their confirmation/cancellation was received. We often get calls from clients asking whether or not their text confirmation/cancellation went through.

I can click on reminder log and text my clients and see their responses or messages to me. However, it doesn't alert me if they send one. I just have to keep going back to their reminder log to make sure I don't miss anything. It would be nice to be notified somehow. Thank you!

I suggest that clients are able to add a comment when confirming or cancel a appointment thru the text message feature, currently when they are confirming or canceling a appointment and they add anything other than 1 or 2 it does not show up in portal as confirmed or cancel and this is a big inconvenience because we now have to go to into each individual client reminders log which is very time consuming.Please keep me updated on this issue.

Allow alerts when replies to reminders are sent. Currently we do not know other than a 2 an 1 reponse unless we check. Many clients respond with reasons for cancellations or even jsut a response. An alert would be nice.

When a client hits "2" on the reply text, saying they need to cancel, but do not let the provider know - it would be helpful if the system generated an email to the provider additionally.

You really need this... feature where you can receive alerts for responses to text appointment reminders outside of checking the Client Reminders Log or Dashboard.
