Report on missing, expiring, and unsigned treatment plans
Allow me to run a report that will show all clients that have missing, expiring, and/or unsigned treatment plans.

We need a feature to generate a treatment plan report with all clients treatment plan expiration dates and missing treatment plan, I'm having to scroll thru over 25 clients! WE need this feature. We have a missing assessment report but no treatment plan report

I have a practice with 5 therapist and 90 clients it's impossible to keep track of all treatment plans!! we desperately need a missing treatment plan or status with expiration date for all treatment plans! PLEASE

Our state and insurance payers require us to manage and monitor initial and current treatment plan completion as closely as initial assessments. The system has a report for "Missing Assessments" and I'd love the same for "Missing Treatment Plans."
