This feature would allow the supervisor to edit or comment in notes without changing the clinicians notes such as track changes in Microsoft Word). This feature would assist with the teaching piece of supervision.

There needs to be a way to update a client's diagnosis, without changing initial diagnosis.

Treatment goals can change at any time, and once a plan is signed you can't edit the end dates. It would be helpful to be able to amend dates after signature, or to discontinue a treatment plan as of a specific date. It's confusing to have multiple plans active at one time.

For ex) I need to send in a signed copy of a treatment plan to an insurance company, and 30 days later I need to be able to edit progress and I am UNABLE to do so the way the system is set up. OR can you make it so I an "unsign" these documents then so I can edit progress. Thanks!
