Keeping a fax line is expensive. But some health care systems only use faxes for records. Creating a function where Theranest subscribers can send and receive faxes would be very helpful.

Need HIPAA compliant email/fax

Add HIPAA Compliant fax and email functions. Ideally, we should be able to port over existing fax numbers and email addresses so we can avoid updating this information on business cards, insurance companies, etc. it would also be great if faxes and emails could be added to a specific client's notes or general documents files.

Yes! This would be great. Having to print or download each note I want to fax, then to get it organized and attached for sfax is a pain.

Similarly to the secure messaging offered through the patient portal, paperless fax integration would be an amazing way to share PHI with outside clients and outside providers.

Being able to receive and send faxes through Theranest would help keep tasks in an orderly progression without having to change programs.
