Allow me to preview the client portal email invitation with the placeholders filled in before sending the invitation.

Client portal sorting
Have an option to change the sorting in the client portal by last name or first name. It's confusing that the client list is only by last name and the portal is only by first name.

Send Portal Invite Via Text Message
Sometimes email addresses get messed up and the client never recieves the portal invite to get started. Could the admin have the option to send a link to start the portal through text. This way the invite will not get buried in their inbox and they can put in their information even faster.

Ability to remove all clients from a group
Current behavior is that you need to have 2+ clients assign to a group before removing any clients. Looking to have the ability to remove any amount of a clients from a group.

Manage staff caseloads
Allow me to manage a staff's caseload by adding/removing clients or moving them to another therapist so I don't have to go into each client's chart.

Set page I see when opening TheraNest
When I log in to TheraNest, allow me to set what page I see when I log in. I prefer to be directed to the Clients page rather than the Calendar.

Limit document access for certain users
As an admin, allow me to restrict certain client documents to be accessed by other users, or allow me to upload these documents to a different place in TheraNest. We may have uploaded a document that outlines rate information and we don't want everyone to have access to that.

Display client's name on warning when deleting clients
When deleting a client it would be great if the popup warning would include the client's name (similar to when you archive a client) so you can be sure that you are deleting the correct person.

If I edit a dynamic form or intake form, have those edits apply to all copies of the form.

When viewing the reminders log for a client, display the phone number that the reminder went to.

Allow me to remove the "recently reviewed clients" at the top of the screen.

Edit email headings when sharing forms
When sharing forms with a client, the email they receive has a bold heading that reads "Hello [Preferred Name]", but this cannot be edited. Allow me to edit this because I'm not sure if I've inserted a preferred name for all of my clients and it would be easier to edit here than go to the client's details.

Display status of client portal invite in client list
Please create either ability to filter the client list on the portal management page and/or the ability to pull a report (perhaps under detailed client) that shows the client's status in the portal (active/inactive) - this idea would be preferred so support staff can easily pull and report on this information rather than needing someone with organization level access to pull the report

Display age of household members in client details
When I add a household member in the client's details under Manage Household Info and I enter that person's date of birth, have TheraNest calculate and display the age of that person.

Add a column for clients' assigned service types and allow sorting and searching in the column.
