Allow clients to review and sign treatment plans from the client portal
If there can be a way that clients can review and sign their treatment plans through the portal and that finalized doc would then be downloadable, that would be great.

Can you add treatment plans to the list of documents that you can send through the client portal for signature?

This would be really helpful to have clients sign the treatment plans, like they do the intake paperwork, through their client portal. Any way for us to send it to them to sign via the portal would make this process even smoother. Thank you!

It would be great to send the treatment plan to the client through the client portal after it has been typed up for them to review and sign if they agree.
