Allow clients to review and sign treatment plans from the client portal
If there can be a way that clients can review and sign their treatment plans through the portal and that finalized doc would then be downloadable, that would be great.

My clients would like to see a copy of their treatment plan on their portal. They would not be able to edit the plan but can keep electronically for their records.
Allow the treatment plan to be updated (saved as a copy and keep the original). Client's goals change and must be reviewed every few months.

That there is a way via client portal that they can E-sign documents and tx plans. I have been hearing from medical providers that they want a actual client signature and we are not able to do that as we are not doing in-person. So if there is a way for them to sign by drawing their signature on their end and save it for us to receive that will help many providers.

It would be helpful if Theranest allowed completed and saved Treatment Plans to be sent through the Client Portal for signatures. This is needed for telehealth clients to sign who are not in the office. It would also be helpful if completed and saved custom forms in the Notes tab could be sent for client signatures through the portal.

This would be so helpful to have available and have it under one umbrella vs having to use a scanner or secure email. The purpose of using theranest was to save time for Clinicians and without this feature, its causing more time and issues on my end.

I would really value this function for auditing purposes for telehealth CTs, especially

Is it possible to allow clients access to sign directly in theranest during a telehealth session (example: for treatment plans) to avoid having to download docs, bounce back and forth, and then save an already existing document (such as treatment plans) in clinical docs

agreed please make this possible

Documents need to be easier to send through the client portal - such as phq9, gad 7, treatment plans, ROI - we shouldn't have build a document each time to have it sent. If your product is going to serve telehealth communities then it has to be seemless. Some of our clients don't have the capacity to print scan and email. thanks so much.

Now that virtually everyone is doing teletherapy and many of us are under stay at home orders, there needs to be a way to have a client sign their treatment plans on the client portal.

Some forms are not able to be signed using this system. I am currently experiencing this with treatment plans. They have to be signed in person or printed, signed and scanned.
We really need this to be prioritized right now. If clients can sign other forms electronically they should be able to sign all forms electronically.

With the increase in telehealth, I would like to be able to send treatment plans through the client portal with the ability to have the client sign remotely similar to the initial intake forms.

While doing telebehavioral health, it would be great to be able to have the client sign the treatment plan live during the session,in the client portal, or someother form of remote signature.
Thank you!!

Make an option for telehealth clients to be able to sign the treatment plan from home.
