It would be great if you could consider adding a link to create a progress note from the appointments list in a client profile. It would actually be most helpful if each appointment had its own link to create a note for that appointment that is already scheduled by clicking on the scheduled appointment from the appointments page without having to go to the notes page, click add progress note, and re-enter the date of service on the notes page. I find myself frequently toggling between the appointment page and the notes page to verify that I'm on top of all the notes. If I can't recall the date of service that I am writing a note for, I end up having to go back to the appointment page to first find the date of service and then go back to the notes pages. I do appreciate the Missing Notes Report but again that is going back and forth between multiple pages and creates a bit of a cumbersome workflow process.
