Share computer audio during Telehealth screen sharing
When sharing my screen during a Telehealth session, allow me to share the audio as well. Sometimes I share YouTube videos during my sessions.

This is for telehealth. I am particularly referring to the ability to play and hear sound from video while using the telehealth platform. For example, if I am wanting to play a video on youtube.

YouTube and other video clips are an essential evidence based practice for my sessions with children, teens and young adults, especially in the areas of social skills, and pragmatic language. Without audio, this approach simply cannot be used effectively, which impairs my ability to properly treat this population. Please consider adding this extremely useful tool.

I love using the Share Screen aspect of TheraPortal, however I cannot properly use my EBP of video modeling without audio. Eek! Sharing audio allows for my clients and I to discuss what is heard during a video model clip, allowing my clients to learn, expand and progress towards their goals. This feature would allow me to continue using my EBP of video modeling.

I use screen sharing often with my client's. However, you cannot share videos because you can't share the audio. Screen sharing is effective to give patients educational videos and to keep younger client's engaged. Without this feature, it is hard to keep my younger client's engaged since we can't do play therapy and arts/crafts that we were able to do in the office. Zoom has this feature. I don't understand why telehealth doesn't have this feature yet.

I need to show video clips in Telehealth. It doesn't do any good without sound. I would like the share screen feature to have audio sharing.

I am grateful to have screen sharing available as a feature of telehealth, however it would be much more helpful to also have audio sharing which goes with the screen sharing. I am often sharing psychoeducational video clips and these are made impossible with the current available features. Clients can see the video, but it is without the concurrent audio.
Thank you! -

I like to show specific videos that I have on youtube and when I share the screen in telehealth the person can not hear the video it would be great if they could

I think that it is important when sharing a video that it can be a video with sound. Currently my clients cannot hear the sound when I play a video that is a big part of my practice with kids.

I need to show psychoeducational videos from a different tab but the sound and visual quality for the screen sharing does not work for my groups.
