Display column header on each page of printed PDF reports
When the Invoice Aging report is printed, the column headings are only on the first page. It would be very helpful to have the column headings printed on each page.

Is there a way, when printing out the aging schedules, to keep the header on each page? So we don't have to keep looking at the first page to figure out which amount is in which column? Thank you.
