Assign custom forms to specific clients

I would like to be able to assign specific custom forms to specific clients instead of them seeing all forms.

    Custom Forms: Make a custom forms ONLY appear in a specific client's profile / notes section.

    I would love this!! I offer several services with specific intake forms so this would be AMAZING

    I would LOVE this as well. Not all of my clients need all of my insurance fee schedules form.
