Remove demographic fields in TheraNest & Client Portal
Allow me to remove some of the demographic fields that are displayed in TheraNest and the Client Portal. There are some fields we don't need to capture (e.g. Religion).

There is a lot of data that can be collected in demographic information that currently is not (via TheraBook).
I'd like to be able to add/remove items that have a field match in client information, e.g.
SSN (I'd like to be able to remove it, as I don't need it)
Referral Source
PCP
Medical History/Medication
Education
Housing
Family MembersThere also needs to be a way to differentiate between the IP, and other participants, as well as collecting multiple signatures for adults participating (marital therapy). Also need to be able to differentiate between IP and signing adult, if IP is a minor.
