Filter Agenda & Calendar by appointment status
I wish there was a way you could filter the calendar by status type.
As well as having set up so that each staff members appointments fall in a column order not sporadically in the calendar for ease of use. As this becomes difficult with places with multiple locations.

Can you please add the ability to allow the client appointments to be stored even after being deleted from the calendar? We need to keep track of canceled appointments while cleaning up our calendar for easier visibility of available appt. times.

I would like to suggest that having a cancelled appt stay in the history of the client BUT not on the calendar would be a nice revision.

When a client cancels and a Different client is scheduled in the same time slot it still shows the canceled client and the new client. It would be helpful if a cancellation was removed from the scheduling view but kept as record for the client details.

When a client cancels or reschedules it would be helpful if that is noted in some way on the calendar view. It can be confusing when it still shows as an active appointment when looking quickly. It would be great if it didn't show on the calendar at all once canceled, but even a simple red dot (like in the agenda) would be helpful.

Need to be able to delete the appointment so see the open space, but not wipe out the appt completely so history is there. I like the color coding ideas.

By creating a filter for the calendar, you could view without cancelled appointments / appt status to have more of a real-time view of your schedule.

Hi there,
When we see the calendar in a monthly view, we are unable to see the client's appointment status. t would be so much easier for administrator to schedule appointments if we can see the status in the monthly view. Thank you.

we charge a fee for no shows and late cancels and it would be nice if they were separated from regular cancels

Could you develop a way to not show cancelled appointments on the calendar without deleting the record that the appointment did exist and was cancelled? It gets confusing visually to see openings even with the red icon with a quick glance. We don’t like to delete the appointment all together because often times we need to be able to see appointment history including cancellations and reasons for cancellation for our legal cases. Thank you!

Different colors on the calendar to show appointment status could also be helpful, as well as the ability to customize your own colors for no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduled appointments.

show a mark through for cancellations on calendar - right now they still show 'active' unless they are completely deleted off - excessive absenteeism allows us to 'flag' a client for future appts that they are a risk for a 'no-show' - also allow a 'note' to be created for reasoning as to 'why' they canceled - called in, no show, rescheduled, etc. for their record.

I tend to schedule from the full month view as opposed to weekly view. next to each client's name when looking at a full month view, have the letter K for kept, C for cancel or N for no show. This way, if I see on my monthly view that a client cancelled at 6pm, I know I can put someone else in that slot without having to jump over to the weekly view.
