Add ability to create progress notes and view linked notes from client Appointments list
I wish when i clicked on a clients profile and selected appointments, it would show if a note was missing and allow me to enter it from there.

It would also help to know if notes have been written for those appointments rather than having to go back and forth between the appointment tab and the notes section if a image could be put there like in the calendar.

I think it would be helpful to be able to enter notes from the client's appointments screen. Essentially, adding the "enter notes" button in the appointments screen under client details as opposed to pulling a missing progress notes report because that doesn't always take you right into a note for some reason.

It would be helpful to be able to write notes from the appointment tab under a selected client. Currently the appointment tab under the clients have the date and time, location, staff, service type, and status of appointment. Being able to write the notes from that tab, would streamline the process when a clinician have many notes to write for that client.

Yesss!! This in itself is the reason why I'm contemplating going to TherapyNotes (that's the platform I use in my contract position.) It is a pain having to dig bag on incredibly busy weeks and HOPE that I completed all of my notes. It's frustrating not knowing for sure what notes are pending. I'm hoping this feature is done soon.

We can now link appointments and notes, which is awesome, but the Notes and Appointments pages do not make that apparent. We should be able to click open the note from the appointment page, and vise versa.

Yes!!! This would save SO much time!! Progress note should default to last scheduled appointment date and time that is in the calendar.

Add a column to the Appointments page that contains a link to the note related to the appointment, and some indication of whether or not it has been completed/signed. Not all of us do notes immediately after a session.

I would like to see the progress notes listed using the date of appointment instead of when the note was created. It would help me stay organized and I wouldn't have to open more than one note to find a particular session. I don't always do the note immediately following a session due to schedule constraints, so seeing the date of the appt. would be very helpful.
