Formatting options for dynamic forms
Would like the ability to format custom forms similar to other word processors:
- Adjust font sizes, colors
- Paragraph styles
- Inserting tables
- Adding images

Have client descriptors and allow therapists to check boxes that apply, have this under all categories as much as possible (Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Diagnostic Impressions). Such as Presenting Problem: Depressed Mood, Mood Euthymic, etc; then have something about affect range and quality of affect, etc. I do not want to have to write long narratives when a check box would work. Obviously we still need a section for the narrative but it could shorten what we have to write.
