    When viewing the list of active clients, allow me to customize the grid to include the referrer/referral source.

    As a provider, allow me to customize one appointment reminder template that my clients receive. Right now, the organization customizes the message, but I'd like to change it for my clients only.

    When we enter the client's gender identity or when a client enters their gender identity on the client portal, make it a free-text field instead of a drop-down field.

  5. Edit date added in prospective clients list

    When adding a new client to the prospective clients list allow me to edit the "date added". Sometimes we may not enter them until the next day or we may be transferring over an external list.

  6. Reduce file size of PDFs

    When I save a PDF to my computer (such as a client's progress note, invoice, etc.), have it save as a smaller file size so it's easier for me to email it.

  7. Have certain forms always available on the portal

    I'd like to have certain forms always available on the portal for clients to fill out as needed, such as releases, so I don't have to send them constantly.

  8. Blocklist a client

    Create an ability to flag a client, a name, an email and other contact information on Theranest. So if we know we have an issue client or possible client, they cannot be added to theranest or it pops up an alert that they have been flagged or blocklisted.

  11. Move diagnosis code to client details

    Instead of inputting the client's diagnosis codes under Diagnostic Impressions, allow me to enter the diagnosis codes somewhere on the Client Details page. I want to be able to quickly view this from the client's page rather than finding it in a note. We also have some staff members that need to reference the client's diagnosis when calling insurance, but they shouldn't have access to the case.

    When navigating to a client's details page or viewing the agenda, make the Client Notes prominent so our staff is more likely to read the information.

  14. Add multiple copays

    Allow me to add multiple copays for an insurance plan. Sometimes the copays are different for in-person vs telehealth, or individual vs. family sessions and we need to charge the client correctly.

  16. Organize clients lists

    Allow me to organize active and archived clients into groups, folders, or with tags. We offer different services and I'd love to be able to pull up a list of clients who receive a certain service.

  19. Limit staff view of appointments to cases

    Create a setting where only staff assigned to the case can view the appointments for that case in the client's appointment list.

  20. Multi-sorting in client list

    Allow me to sort the client list by more than one column. For example, I may want to first sort by Primary Payer and then sort by client name so I can see them alphabetically.
