An error occurred while saving the comment James Stone, PsyD commentedTN only syncs appointments up to two months out, due to limitations of server space (as I was told). Please remedy this as we are booking out much further than 2 months, as I would assume most are.

An error occurred while saving the comment James Stone, PsyD commentedIn the appointments tab, clicking on "Load Full History" only displays appointments 60 days into the future - not all future appointments entered into the calendar. There is a similar problem (by design) to limit the appointments synced into Google Calendar (and I assume Apple Calendar) to 60 days out. I do evaluations and am booking 5-6 months out. I need this information to display both in the appointment list and in my Google Calendar. Is there a plan to change this?

An error occurred while saving the comment James Stone, PsyD commentedI was frustrated by the payroll report, but after reading about the many different ways people pay their staff, I sympathized with TN! There are circumstances for which the payroll report does not work (e.g., pre-paying). Our last program had a "Production Report" that listed all services charged during a time period regardless of their paid status. Another report, "Earned Receipts" list all posted payments applied to invoices during a time period (that's what we used for payroll). It did not included unapplied payments (there was another report for that). If TN could manage to have this level of flexibility, it would be a huge improvement.
How is this not done yet? It is a daily problem.
