    YES! This would be sooooo helpful for double checking and feeling more secure charging clients for no shows when they say 'they never got the email reminder'.

    Prefer the old system where all the drop down options displayed not just the first 20. Is there a way to change that so you can choose to have only the first 20 or the whole list of options somewhere? Like in the progress note format.
