    This feature is absolutely necessary. TheraNest is holding me back as a business by not sharing its API. If this feature does not become available in the next few month, I will have to move to another system that is more technology friendly. I believe there are not more voters because all the people to whom this really matter have left the platform.
    TheraNest: act fast before loosing your customers. Everybody else is offering access to the API.

    I agree, TheraNest can only integrate with Google calendar so far. I'd love it to be able to integrate to a CRM.

    This is a huge issue and needs to be addressed!!
    When we create a “New invoice”, if the child has more than one staff, the system selects as “Rendering Provider” the name of the person who is creating the invoice. That is a big problem because our billing person (who is not a therapist) then becomes listed as a rendering provider. Therefore, we have to change rendering providers one by one and we have hundreds of clients that have multiple staff!!!

    This feature is absolutely needed. I am currently using Zoom because I need to be able to annotate/ write on the screen during activities with my clients. It is very useful to prompt verbal responses.
    Also circling elements on the screen to bring someone's attention to it.
    I would be willing to switch my telehealth to TheraNest if they offered that feature.

    Completely agree. This is absolutely needed. I can't use TheraNest telehealth platform since it dosen't have that feature. I will use Zoom in the meantime.
