    Although the billing text box can be stretched, how can we default the text box size to be larger? It is far too small for some clients' billing notes, with a ton of extra space on the page to be utilized. Can we create a way so the text box defaults to the size at last save?

    I saw this idea was posted in 2018, but no change has since been made. Please do not auto-create new cases when clicking the 'notes' tab ; or create a user-friendly way to view notes from closed cases.
