    It'd be great to have the option to pay for services like Telehealth, Wiley, and Client Portal annually, similar to the base subscription option.

    It would also be great if we had the ability to customize the body of the email as well -- sort of like how we can customize the Client Portal invitation emails. =D

    It would be great if providers had the ability to turn on/off permissions for client's to update their demographic info via the Client Portal.

    It would be great if clients were able to sign Clinical Documents (Treatment Plans and Progress Notes) via the Client Portal! =D

    Having more control over the Payroll report would be amazing! For example, the option to track by service instead of payment, being able to include Unapplied Payments, etc!

    It would be great if we had an option to track refunds! =D

    Because we cannot do partial refunds for credit card charges, often times a check or cash refund will happen for part of the payment. Then, the payment must either be applied to a "dummy invoice" or deleted from the system completely.

    So, while there are work-arounds, a way to track refunds would amazing!

    It would be amazing if we could have the option to include the Appointment Staff and Supervisor to all billing documents; Invoices, Superbills, and Statements. =)

    Currently, it's only possible to include the Rendering Provider and Billing Provider.

    It would be helpful to have more customization over the Payroll Report. Specifically, if there was an option to include Unapplied Payments in the Payroll Report. And, possibly the option to calculate payout based on number of services, vs payments.

    It would be amazing if the co-insurance amount (listed in the client's insurance details) automatically populated on the invoice as Client Amt Due, like the co-pay does. :)
