separate client portal re-scheduling from cancelling, meaning allow us to choose if client's can cancel in their portal but not reschedule (right now they are linked as one feature)

As others have said, it's highly unprofessional to have to refund the full amount, to then turn around and charge the card for a partial amount. Not to mention, difficult for clients to understand as this is not a normal process that takes place in day to day business.
