   I agree that it would be great if a feature to include refunds completed outside of Theranest. I happen to use SquareUp for payments, and issue refunds when clients have made payments online. I have no way of noting when insurance has issued a full payment (happening more often with COVID 19 mixups) and then I am forced to refund the client without deleting the original payment they provided.
