    Allowing a selection to line up the therapists OR choose to line up the rooms would be good.

    Yes!! Our front desk worker makes appointments, and it should be automatic, instead of having to go into the client's details separately to assign it.

    Yes Please~ and a way to block the whole day for one or some or all of the therapists of a practice... without creating an "appointment" that shows up on the agenda.

    Yes each therapist should be able to block a vacation or time out of the office for outside appointments or what have you. Currently the only way to do this is to create appointments that are labeled "vacation" and take up the whole day... which shows up as an appointment on the agenda and makes it cumbersome for our admin staff who works with all 14 clinicians schedules.
