    I would like an "inbox" where any non-standard replies from clients can be seen, or I can be notified of, rather than having to remember to go into that specific client's case and look at the reminder log. Many of my clients submit scheduling requests/questions in response to the text reminder, which I don't see on my phone, and often miss because I don't know to go look in the reminder log in the client's case. I do not want to have to receive all normal cancels or confirms however, just the non-standard replies
