    this would be great! I too use a lot of custom forms and require supervision signatures on my clinical forms and usually miss a lot of them because I have NO clue when my supervisees actually create a document and sign

    allow forms to save in general documentation as INDIVIDUAL pieces, not combined all into ONE form - spending exuberant time in pulling documentation OUT of the ONE form.

    Include supervisor signature and 'tracking' for review of group notes just as they are on individual progress notes for group members.
