There is a need for multiple intake dates, here are a few reasons.
1. If a client is seen by a therapist and stops coming in for sessions then decides to come back several years later.. what if the pervious therapist is no longer at that office. The client will need to see a new therapist and that new therapist will want to do a new intake.
2. If a client was seen by an adolescent therapist and returns years later as an adult that client will need to see a new therapist.
3. After a few years of not seeing a therapist and the returning client has new issues a new intake is then needed.
But here's a question. Why in TheraNest is there an option to change the intake date if there isn't an option to do a new intake without it effecting the previous intake?
