    Allow administrator or staff to specify which appointment blocks the specific client can choose from. For example, for a testing client, we may want the client to choose 4, 2 hour testing blocks from the open calendar for a specific clinician. We would not want them to have access to other clinicians or other appointments held for other service types (such as 1 hour therapy blocks).
