    Pls allow file transfer during telehealth / video-chatting. No one will like the trouble of emailing the file and open another window for emails. Using patient portal can be inconvenient during the session. It is a distraction. Allowing instant file transfer, download, sharing will make your service more competitive. If you want more details, Doxy.me did it very well. You can take a look at it.
