    I like to have different colors for my different type of appointments. for example one color for a personal appointment and another color for a client session appointment. Additionally, I don't like to completely delete appointments if there is a cancel or no-show but rather have the calendar indicate that the appointment was canceled and then have the have the change the color to gray.

  2. Visually differentiate between individual appointments, group appointments and non-client events in the Calendar
