I am new to theranest and feeling a bit overwhelmed by the amount of steps I need to complete for each patient encounter (Write a note, sign it, create an invoice, submit the invoice, charge the copay, connect the copay charge with the invoice, write off insurance difference). If I miss any of these steps, it is hard to know that quickly and would take a report and/or multiple clicks to check it all. (They are not linked as cohesive steps in a process...they each take their own action).

Thus, it would be AMAZING if on the agenda page, I were able to see if these actions were completed or awaiting completion. For instance, under the invoice button, perhaps you could have little check boxes for submitted to insurance, copay charged, etc. Similarly, it would be awesome to see if a note was signed or awaiting signature. Even when I've signed it, the agenda still says "edit progress note", suggesting it is not complete.

In sum, it would be immensely helpful to have a shortcut so that at the end of the day, I can confirm that my work is done by reviewing the agenda page to confirm that nothing is outstanding. When these little details are missed, it takes so much time to reconcile and go back and fix.

    Thanks for listening!!!
