I have talked to 3 different practice owners who have theranest accounts and myself about our frustration with the client portal feature that requires therapists to confirm clients scheduling through the portal instead of the front office folks. For larger group practices, we have front offices that do all the scheduling for our clinicians and our clinicians pay us a percentage of their salary to do this. We want clients to be able to schedule through the portal but can't use this feature now because of the inflexibilty of theranest which prevents front office administrators from confirming appointments for therapists in the practice. I can't think of any doctors office that requires their clinicans to confirm appts. The front office normally do this. I would like you to change this feature to allow front office to confirm appts. The 2 other practice owners I know that have theranest are getting ready to drop their services with you because of this feature alone. It is prohibitive for larger practices that need the front office to handle of their scheduling.
