Currently you can only set a flat rate copayment on the billing form. There should be an option for percentage that calculates the copayment/coinsurance based on the percentage as assigned by insurance company. There should also be an allowable field that can be manually entered or automatically entered from previous EOB's that indicate the allowable amount. The copay percentage would then be calculated based on this allowable amount.

When confirming or denying appointment requests you must have another window open looking at your calendar to see your calendar at the requested time. It would be convenient to be able to hover over the requested date and your calendar pops open for quick viewing. This would make it so much easier to confirm or deny the requested appointment. Otherwise I have to go in and actually reschedule it at another time and have to notify the client of the same.
